Donation Policy:

1. Kamla Sewa Sansthan is a legally registered NGO in Prayagraj. The registration number of the sansthan is 186/204-05. Kamla Sewa Sansthan is also registed under 12A and 80G with registaion number –AABTK1161DE20231 AND AABTK1161DF20231 respectively. Donating money to our charitable organization is beneficial in many waysnot only for the underprivileged but also for the donors. One of the benefits is a 50% tax exemption, if you donate money to our organization you get tax benefits under section 80 G.
2. Privacy Policy :We take our payer’s privacy very seriously and ensure that their information is secure with us and no personal information of the donors concerned is disclosed to any one.
3. The amount received as the donation is used only for the welfare activities of physically challenged destitute and needy people.
4. Donation Receipt policy :the details of the transaction are to be emailed to our email address info@kamlasewa.org or kamlasewasansthan@gmail.com . the donation is to be directly transferred to the account of “Kamla Sewa Sansthan” Prayagraj, and the receipt of the donation along with other relevant documents is send to the donors at the address requested by them or at given whatsapp number of donors.
5. Refund and cancellation policy :In case of double transaction or wrong amount entered and transaction had been done by the donor, a request mail required to be sent to our email address info@kamlasewa.org or kamlasewasansthan@gmail.com with a valid reason. After verifying the details of the transaction and justifying the reason, the amount as received is refunded to the donor. The said process completed with in 30 days of the date on which the request mail has been received.

A voluntary help either in terms of money, goods or time to destitute and needy people is known as charity. It not only makes you feel happy from within but when you donate you can also save some tax.
