(1) ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITION

1. Kamla Sewa Sansthan is a legally registered NGO in Prayagraj. The registration number of the sansthan is 186/204-05. Kamla Sewa Sansthan is also registed under 12A and 80G with registaion number – AABTK1161DE20231 AND AABTK1161DF20231 respectively. Donating money to our charitable organization is beneficial in many waysnot only forthe underprivileged but also for the donors. One of the benefits is a 50% tax exemption, if you donate money to our organization you get tax benefits under section 80 G.
2. The amount received as the donation is used only for the welfare activities of physically challenged destitute and needy people.
3. Tax exemption on donations under section 80G –A voluntary help either in terms of money, goods or time to destitute and needy people is known as charity. It not only makes you feel happy from within but when you donate you can also save some tax.
